✔ Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM), MEP Maintenance, Building Operations, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Hotels, Airports, Shopping Malls, Industrial Facilities, or Residential Communities

✔ Strong technical knowledge in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

✔ Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary maintenance teams

✔ Good communication skills and commitment to safety and quality standards
