A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering-(i.e. DISCIPLINES)-or equivalent from an accredited university with at least (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry-including at least (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region. 

should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position for major international Oil and Gas or Petrochemical projects.
