🔹 Key Requirements
Proven experience in Oil & Gas Shutdown / Turnaround Projects
Relevant technical qualifications, certifications, or engineering degrees
Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures
Hands-on field experience in respective roles
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive shutdown environment
Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
