We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors and Mechanical Supervisors for an upcoming engineering and industrial project based in Basingstoke, United Kingdom.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled supervision professionals with experience in Industrial Construction, MEP, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Data Centres, Infrastructure, EPC Projects, or Heavy Engineering.
📍 Project Details
🇬🇧 Location: Basingstoke, United Kingdom
📅 Contract Duration: Approximately 6 Months
⏰ Working Hours: 50–60 Hours Per Week
📆 Weekend Work: Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs.
📌 Open Positions
⚡ Electrical Supervisor
🔹 Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities
🔹 Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
🔧 Mechanical Supervisor
🔹 Oversee mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction activities
🔹 Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards
✅ Candidate Requirements
✔ Proven experience in a supervisory role
✔ Strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, or EPC Projects
✔ Experience supervising multidisciplinary site teams
✔ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
✔ Commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards
