🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the applied position.
✔ Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, Power Plant, Industrial Construction, or Heavy Engineering Projects is highly preferred.
✔ Proven ability to supervise work crews, maintain productivity, and ensure quality workmanship.
✔ Strong understanding of site safety procedures, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, and HSE regulations.
✔ Ability to read drawings, coordinate with construction teams, and manage daily work activities.
✔ Previous GCC experience will be an added advantage.
