🎯 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Experience in garment, textile, or uniform production facilities
✔ Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment maintenance
✔ Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs
✔ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or utility systems
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Supervisory experience preferred for leadership positions
