🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
✔ Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification
✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Onshore Construction, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Pipeline projects
✔ Strong knowledge of construction management, commissioning, mechanical completion, preservation, lifting operations, warehouse management, or permit-to-work systems
✔ Familiarity with international engineering standards, HSE regulations, and project quality requirements
✔ Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ Previous Middle East or international project experience is an advantage
