Hiring for Construction Crew – Jacket Fabrication Projects

NMDC Energy (formerly NPCC), a leading name in the Oil & Gas and offshore construction industry, is urgently looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals to join their Construction Crew team for Jacket Fabrication Projects at their Ras Al Khair Yard, Saudi Arabia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputed international organization on large-scale industrial and offshore fabrication projects.

🔧 Available Positions & Experience Requirements:

1️⃣ Construction Manager (Erection)
🔹 Required Experience: 12 – 15 Years
🔹 Strong expertise in erection activities, project execution, and team leadership within Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects.

2️⃣ Project Fabrication Manager (Fabrication)
🔹 Required Experience: 12 – 15 Years
🔹 Proven experience in managing fabrication processes, production planning, and large-scale yard operations.

3️⃣ Senior Yard Engineer (Erection)
🔹 Required Experience: 8 – 10 Years
🔹 Experience in supervising erection works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring project timelines.

4️⃣ Senior Yard Engineer (Methods & Erection)
🔹 Required Experience: 8 – 10 Years
🔹 Strong background in method statements, erection strategies, and execution planning.

5️⃣ Yard Engineer (Erection)
🔹 Required Experience: 6 – 8 Years
🔹 Hands-on experience in erection support, coordination, and technical supervision.

6️⃣ Draftsman (Methods)
🔹 Required Experience: 2 – 4 Years
🔹 Proficiency in preparing method drawings, fabrication layouts, and technical documentation.

🎯 Key Requirements:

✔ Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Industrial Projects
✔ Mandatory experience in Yard Fabrication / Jacket Fabrication
✔ Strong technical knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Gulf experience will be an added advantage
