🎯 Candidate Requirements
👨💼 Engineering & Supervisory Positions
✔ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the respective discipline.
👷 Foreman Positions
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fabrication, welding, production, or industrial construction.
✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Heavy Engineering, Fabrication, Manufacturing, EPC, or Industrial Projects.
✔ Strong understanding of ASME, API, AWS, ISO, welding procedures, fabrication standards, quality requirements, and industrial safety regulations.
✔ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
✔ Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and team management skills.
