🎯 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 8–12 years of relevant drilling rig experience

✔ Gulf / Middle East experience is mandatory

✔ Experience on Offshore Rigs, Onshore Rigs, Jack-Up Rigs, Land Rigs, or Drilling Operations

✔ Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, rig maintenance, safety procedures, and operational excellence

✔ Relevant technical certifications and industry training preferred

✔ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (as applicable)

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
