✔ Mandatory GCC Shutdown Experience in Oil & Gas Projects

✔ Proven experience in plant shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance campaigns

✔ Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safe working procedures

✔ Experience in high-risk industrial environments

✔ Relevant technical qualification (ITI / Diploma / Degree as applicable)

✔ Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced shutdown schedules

✔ Team coordination and discipline on large-scale industrial sites
