We are seeking professionals with substantial supervision experience in large-scale construction projects to oversee the realization of high-value developments, including:

The Ideal Candidate: Key Qualifications & Criteria

To be successful, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Educational Background: Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of engineering.

• Certifications: Possess a valid Saudi Engineering Certificate.

• Iqama Status: For non-Saudi applicants, a transferable Iqama is essential.

• Professional Certifications: Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.) will be viewed favorably.

Experience Required:

• Senior Roles: Minimum of 20 years of robust, verifiable experience in large-scale construction supervision within the specified sectors (residential, high-rise, hospitality).

• Non-Senior Roles: Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in similar large-scale projects.
