🔹 Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance / Facility Management projects
• Strong technical knowledge in relevant disciplines (MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
• Experience in managing operations, maintenance strategies, and site execution
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure service excellence
• GCC / Saudi Arabia experience will be an added advantage

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
